Standby Fruit Parfaits

Hardly a recipe, but a perfect way to end a meal.   30 seconds to make, healthy and completely delicious.   Be creative as you like!

Berries (any or a mix of raspberries, blue berries, strawberries etc)

OR Plums or rhubarb (poached in a small glass of wine and Tbs brown sugar and pinch ginger)

OR stew some cooking apples in Tbs brown sugar and cinnamon

OR chopped bananas

Yoghurt (Plain Greek or vanilla or coconut)

OR ready made vanilla custard

2 biscuits (digestive or chocolate chip or ginger), crushed

Layer your choosen fruit and yoghurt in little glasses and top with crushed biscuits.

Sit back and take the credit!!
